Creole Black-Eyed Peas are slow cooked in a Crock Pot.
Ingredients
- 2, 1 pound cans black-eyed peas
- 1, 1 pound can jalapeno black-eyed peas
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1, 1 pound bag cut up frozen okra, not breaded
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on High for 4 hours.
