This smoothie provides you with both calcium and half of your daily recommended fruit intake.


  • 1 banana
  • 1-1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup frozen peaches
  • 8 ounces whole frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
  • Sprig of mint to garnish


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on high until mixture is thick and creamy.
  2. Serve garnished with a sprig of mint.
