This smoothie provides you with both calcium and half of your daily recommended fruit intake.
- 1 banana
- 1-1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cup frozen peaches
- 8 ounces whole frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
- Sprig of mint to garnish
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on high until mixture is thick and creamy.
- Serve garnished with a sprig of mint.
