For a low-fat version, substitute the vanilla ice cream for light vanilla yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 kiwi, quartered and peeled
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup orange juice

Directions

  1. Place the ice cream, kiwi, banana and orange juice in a blender, and blend until the mixture in smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and serve immediately.
