Creamy slow cooked tomato soup
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (26 ounce) jar tomato pasta sauce
- 2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- Mix together the tomatoes, pasta sauce and chicken broth in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Mix in the sour cream and milk, cover and cook for 15 more minutes.
