Blending goat cheese, cream cheese and blue cheese together makes this creamy and tangy spread for crackers, Bruschetta or even sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces goat cheese, room temperature
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- half-and-half
Directions
- Place all three of the cheeses into a bowl and beat together until the mixture is smooth and thoroughly blended. If you prefer a slightly thinner consistency, slowly add a bit of half-and-half until reaching the desired consistency.
