Swedish Meatballs in luscious gravy served over mashed potatoes makes a delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
- 1 small onion, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Form into small balls. Fry over a medium high heat, until browned. Add water. Simmer for about an hour. Makes a thin gravy.
