Swedish Meatballs in luscious gravy served over mashed potatoes makes a delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Form into small balls. Fry over a medium high heat, until browned. Add water. Simmer for about an hour. Makes a thin gravy.
