Creamy swiss steak.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds round steak, browned
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Place the steak in the slow cooker.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour over the steak.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
