A warm and creamy spinach chip and cracker dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped jalapenos

Directions

  1. Press the spinach between paper towels to remove all moisture.
  2. Mix everything together in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on medium power until the cheese has melted, stirring frequently.
