- 3 (10 ounce) boxes frozen, chopped spinach
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- Bread crumbs (optional)
- Thaw the spinach, press out any water. Combine with the sour cream and soup mix in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes.
