Creamy spinach  casserole with bread crumb topping.


  • 3 (10 ounce) boxes frozen, chopped spinach
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • Bread crumbs (optional)


  1. Thaw the spinach, press out any water. Combine with the sour cream and soup mix in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes.
