A creamy cheese slow cooked spinach side dish.
- 2 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (16 ounce) carton small curd cottage cheese
- 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar or American cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup flour
- Press the spinach between paper towels to completely remove the moisture. Mix everything together in a greased slow cooker. Cook covered for 1 hour on high. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 3-5 more hours.
