Great side dish, soup and rice!
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 3/4 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a casserole dish and cover.
- Bake for an hour, stirring once halfway through. Stir again and then serve.
