Creamy Seafood Casserole is served over chow mein noodles.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds shrimp, cooked
- 1 large can tuna, drained
- 1 large can mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 7 slices American cheese
- 1 large can crabmeat
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups celery, finely chopped
- 1 can pitted ripe olives, chopped
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 2 large cans chow mein noodles
Directions
- Heat soup, milk and cheese thoroughly. Mix in rest of ingredients and heat through. Serve over chow mein noodles.
