Creamy Salad Dressing

A nice, creamy salad dressing. Perfect on salads, potato salads or coleslaw.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions

  1. Mix together the mustard, salt and vinegar. Beat in the egg. Add in the condensed milk. Beat until thoroughly combined.
  2. Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened. Chill before using.
