A nice, creamy salad dressing. Perfect on salads, potato salads or coleslaw.
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- Mix together the mustard, salt and vinegar. Beat in the egg. Add in the condensed milk. Beat until thoroughly combined.
- Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened. Chill before using.
