Creamy potato and bacon soup.
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 8 slices bacon, crisped and crumbled
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Add the potatoes, onions and bacon to a saucepan and cover with water. Boil and then reduce heat to a simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 more minutes.
