Pink Salad gets its "pinkalicious" color from cherry pie filling.
Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 (9 ounce) carton Cool Whip, thawed
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 to 1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
- Beat condensed milk and lemon juice until thick. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill before serving.
