Enjoy this creamy peppermint flavored beverage, made with soy milk, peppermint tea and brown sugar.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of soy milk
- 1/2 cup of brewed then cooled peppermint tea
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions
- Place the soy milk, peppermint tea, brown sugar and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and garnish with some fresh peppermint if desired.
