Serve Creamy Parmesan Fondue with apple, carrots and bread cubes.
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon each garlic salt, salt
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- apple slices, bread cubes, carrot sticks
- Combine cream cheese and milk in a saucepan; blend well. Warm over low heat. Add seasonings; mix well. Add Parmesan cheese slowly, stirring until smooth. Pour into a fondue pot.
