Creamy Orange Pineapple Salad is dreamy.
- 1, 8 1/2 ounce can crushed pineapple
- 1, 3 ounce package orange gelatin
- 1, 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- 1 carrot, grated
- Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to reserved juice to measure 1 cup liquid. Bring liquid to a boil. Add to gelatin and cream cheese in mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Cool, stirring occasionally. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into mold. Chill until firm.
