Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Blend everything together on medium until smooth. Cover and chill.
