- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Blend everything together on medium until smooth. Cover and chill.
