Ingredients

  • 2 pound package frozen hash browns
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together except for the cheese. Pour into a 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Top with cheese. Bake at 300 degrees F for 2 hours.
