- 2 pound package frozen hash browns
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Mix all ingredients together except for the cheese. Pour into a 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Top with cheese. Bake at 300 degrees F for 2 hours.
