This is a great cold soup for hot summer days.
- 1 medium green pepper chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- In saucepan cook green pepper and onion in water until tender.
- Stir in condensed soup, then the milk.
- Heat through, stirring occasionally.
- Cover and chill.
- For a great garnish you can float green pepper rings on top of the soup.
