Creamy mushroom soup from fresh muchrooms and onion.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons slour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Milk for thickening
Directions
- Cook the onions in melted butter until soft. Remove the onions and add in the mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes. Add back in the onion along with the flour, salt and pepper. Stir to mix. Pour in only enough milk to thicken the broth. Stir until smooth.
