Creamy mushroom soup from fresh muchrooms and onion.


  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons slour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Milk for thickening


  1. Cook the onions in melted butter until soft. Remove the onions and add in the mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes. Add back in the onion along with the flour, salt and pepper. Stir to mix. Pour in only enough milk to thicken the broth. Stir until smooth.
