- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 4-ounces of cream cheese
- Blueberries and raspberries
- Heat 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips in the microwave just until melted (be careful not to overcook them or they’ll become grainy).
- Spoon melted chips into a small bowl and use an electric whisk to beat them together with 1 cup of whipped topping and 4-ounces of cream cheese. Serve with blueberry and raspberry skewers.
