Creamy Curried Tofu and Avocado Dip

A great vegetarian dip made with avocado, tofu, curry and fresh mint. Serve with sliced vegetables and wholegrain tortilla chips.


  • 1 12-ounce box silken tofu
  • 1 large or 2 small Hass avocados, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 3 tablespoons chopped mint
  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper


  1. Place the tofu, avocado, sour cream, yogurt, lime juice and zest, garlic, honey, curry and mint into a food processor and blend until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Season to taste the dip with the sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, and then transfer the mixture to a dip bowl. Serve immediately as avocado will brown slightly.
