Ingredients
- 1 large bag of frozen corn
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Let cream cheese and butter set out for a few hours and soften.
- Place in a small bowl and blend together.
- Melt mixture in a microwave.
- Pour mixture into a crock pot.
- Add corn, salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook for 2 to 3 hours on low.
