Creamy Coffee Punch is the premier of iced coffee drinks.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup freeze dried instant coffee granules
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 5 cups cold water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 4 eggs, beaten well
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened

Directions

  1. Dissolve coffee and sugar in water; stir in vanilla. Stir cream into well beaten eggs. Add coffee mixture. Beat in ice cream. Chill at least 1 hour. Just before serving, beat to blend.
