A smooth and cheesy mashed potato side dish.


  • 1 (10 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions with tops, chopped
  • 3 cups instant seasoned mashed potatoes, prepared


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine the soup, sour cream and onions in a saucepan with some pepper. Cook until heated and stir in the potatoes.
  3. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
