A smooth and cheesy mashed potato side dish.
- 1 (10 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions with tops, chopped
- 3 cups instant seasoned mashed potatoes, prepared
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine the soup, sour cream and onions in a saucepan with some pepper. Cook until heated and stir in the potatoes.
- Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
