This spread serves well on crackers or as a vegetable dip.
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons apricot preserves
- 2-1/2 teaspoons minced chives
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Blend cream cheese, preserves, chives and onion powder until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Serve with crackers or as a vegetable dip.
