Great recipe for leftover turkey.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups turkey broth
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups turkey, cooked
Directions
- Heat the butter in a saucepan. Slowly add in the flour, stirring until blended. Add in the broth and milk. Continue stirring over low heat until thickened.
- Mix in the seasoning and turkey. Serve over rice or noodles.
