Creamy shrimp rice topper dinner.
- 3 (10 ounce) cans cream of shrimp soup
- 1 (1 pint) carton sour cream
- 1-1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 (5 ounce) cans veined shrimp
- Rice, cooked
- Mix together everything but the rice in the top of a double boiler. Stir constantly while heating, do not allow to boil. Serve over the cooked rice.
