Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup cream style corn
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit Grease and 8-inch square baking pan.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
