Cream corn and sour cream cornbread.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising cornmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup cream style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit Grease and 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 35 minutes.
