Use white or dark crème de cocoa for this cocktail depending on the level of darkness you are hoping to achieve.

Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake the mixture for 35 seconds. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass, garnish with the mint sprig and chocolate shavings and serve immediately.
