Have Chinese take-out right at home with Cream Cheese Wontons.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup imitation crab meat
- package won ton wrappers
- sweet and sour sauce
Directions
- Blend together ingredients. Drop 1 teaspoon in the middle of each wrapper. Fold in corners and seal with egg white. Fry in hot oil until brown and crispy. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
