A simple, sweet cream cheese frosting. Works great for homemade carrot cake.
- 8 ounce package of cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 4 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Beat all of the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Chill if desired. Use to frost cooled cakes or cookies.
