A simple, sweet cream cheese frosting. Works great for homemade carrot cake.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce package of cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 4 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Beat all of the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Chill if desired. Use to frost cooled cakes or cookies.
