Simple whipped cream biscuits.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton whipping cream

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix together the flour, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the whipping cream until it firmed. Combine with the flour and mix with a fork.
  4. Knead on a lightly floured board for 1 minutes. Press to 3/8 inch thickness. Cut out biscuits using a cutter.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes or until light brown.
