Serve Crazy Crust Cobbler Pie warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This is a great family dessert.
Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour, self rising
- 1 large can peaches, sliced and drained--reserve juice
Directions
- Melt butter in a 9 inch oven-proof skillet. Beat together remaining ingredients except peaches; pour mixture into skillet; add peaches. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
- Remove cobbler from ovenl Pour reserved juice over the cobbler; return to over for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
