Serve Crazy Crust Cobbler Pie warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.  This is a great family dessert.  

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flour, self rising
  • 1 large can peaches, sliced and drained--reserve juice

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a 9 inch oven-proof skillet. Beat together remaining ingredients except peaches; pour mixture into skillet; add peaches. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  2. Remove cobbler from ovenl Pour reserved juice over the cobbler; return to over for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
