Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) box original plain couscous
- 2 cups sliced celery
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) jar creamy alfredo sauce
- 1-1/2 cups water
Directions
- Mix everything together in a greased slow cooker. Cook covered for 2 hours on low, stirring a couple of times.
