This tangy Cranberry Tangerine Relish is perfect with pork, turkey and chicken.
- 3 medium tangerines
- 4 cups fresh cranberries, washed and sorted
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- Peel tangerines; reserve half of peel. Remove white membrane and seeds. Chop coarsely.
- Put cranberries and reserved peel through coarse blade of food processor. Add tangerine and sugar; mix well.
- Refrigerate, covered, several hours. Mix well before serving.
