This tangy Cranberry Tangerine Relish is perfect with pork, turkey and chicken.


  • 3 medium tangerines
  • 4 cups fresh cranberries, washed and sorted
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar


  1. Peel tangerines; reserve half of peel. Remove white membrane and seeds. Chop coarsely.
  2. Put cranberries and reserved peel through coarse blade of food processor. Add tangerine and sugar; mix well.
  3. Refrigerate, covered, several hours. Mix well before serving.
