Ingredients

  • 2-1/4 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Directions
