Stuffed cranberry pork chops.

Ingredients

  • 4 thick pork chops
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup cranberry chutney
  • 1 tablespoon fried rosemary

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Slice a pocket into the side of each chop.
  3. Mix together the bread crumbs and chutney and stuff each pork chop with it. Arrange in a baking pan and top with the rosemary.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered.
