Stuffed cranberry pork chops.
Ingredients
- 4 thick pork chops
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup cranberry chutney
- 1 tablespoon fried rosemary
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Slice a pocket into the side of each chop.
- Mix together the bread crumbs and chutney and stuff each pork chop with it. Arrange in a baking pan and top with the rosemary.
- Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered.
