Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 ounces orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/4 cup whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 banana, peeled and broken into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Put everything into a blender.
  2. Cover and pulse until it begins to swirl evenly.
  3. Set to high for 20 seconds, or until smooth
