Cranberry Orange Apple Relish tastes great with pork, turkey and chicken.
- 2 large navel oranges
- 1 large red apple
- 4 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- Grate peel of 1 orange into a large bowl. Remove peel and white pulp from both oranges.
- Quarter and core unpeeled apple. Cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Wash and drain cranberries, removing any stems. Coarsely chop cranberries and oranges. Add fruits to grated peel.
- Add sugar, stirring gently until dissolved. Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight.
