This fruit salad is ideal for taking to potlucks or for serving at family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups halved green grapes
  • 4 cups crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 4 cups whipped topping

Directions

  1. Mix together cranberries and sugar. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours.
  2. Drain cranberries. Add grapes, pineapple and walnuts to mixture; mix well.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
