Cranberry Kumquat Relish is attractive as well as delicious.
- 1, 8 ounce jar preserved kumquats
- 2 cups fresh cranberries, washed and sorted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Drain kumquats; reserve 1/3 cup syrup. Cut kumquats in half.
- Put kumquats and cranberries through coarse blade in food processor. Add reserved syrup and sugar. Refrigerate overnight.
