Cranberry Crunch Salad uses fresh cranberries and can be made ahead of time.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, crushed
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 cups large red grapes, halved and seeded
- 1 cup whipped cream
Directions
- Mix cranberries and sugar together and let mixture stand overnight in refrigerator. Drain cranberries and combine with the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
