These chewy cookies make a cozy afternoon snack. Bring some along for long road trips or trips to the park.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2-1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions
- Cream butter, shortening, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Blend into egg mixture. Fold in chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, dried cranberries and chopped nuts, mixing well.
- Drop by tablespoon onto prepared baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
