Serve this aperitif, made with cranberry juice and ginger ale, to your guests as they arrive.
- 1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
- 1 can ginger ale
- 1 cup ice
- Fresh mint to garnish
- Pour the cranberry juice and ginger ale into a blender, and add the ice.
- Blend on high for 20 seconds until smooth and then transfer into two glasses. Garnish with some fresh mint and serve.
