A crunchy gelatin fruit salad.
- 1 (6 ounce) package cherry gelatin
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 cup chopped apples
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Dissolve the gelatin in 1-1/2 cups boiling water. Stir in the remaining ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13-inch glass dish. Once it begins to set, stir to mix in the apples.
