Crabmeat Canapes will add elegance to your next dinner party.
- 10 slices white bread, crusts removed
- 1, 7 1/2 ounce can crab meat, flaked
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Cut each slice of bread into 4 pieces.
- Mix remaining ingredients and spread on bread. Place on baking sheet and broil for 3 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
