Crab Mold is a delicious appetizer for seafood lovers.
Ingredients
- 1 large can crabmeat, drained
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1, 8 ounce package cream cheese
- 1, 3 ounce package cream cheese
- Topping: 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
Directions
- Mix crabmeat, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon horseradish and cream cheese together. Mold with hands. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Mix topping and pour over mold. Serve with crackers.
