Crab Mold is a delicious appetizer for seafood lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 large can crabmeat, drained
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1, 8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 1, 3 ounce package cream cheese
  • Topping: 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish

Directions

  1. Mix crabmeat, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon horseradish and cream cheese together. Mold with hands. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Mix topping and pour over mold. Serve with crackers.
